Return & Exchange Policy
Please read the return policy carefully before placing an order. Returns and exchange requests that do not meet our policy will be rejected.
Cancellation
A cancellation request has to be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Once this window has closed, the order shall be forwarded for processing and no cancellation requests shall be entertained.
Products that do not qualify for return or exchange
- Products produced on custom sizes.
- Products on sale/offer.
- Products that are damaged or stained while trying on.
Exchange
A request for exchange can be filed for defective and damaged products or when there is issue with sizing and fit of the product. A request for exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The product must be returned unused with all the tags still attached to it. The product will have to be shipped by the customer and any cost arising out of such shipping shall be borne by the customer only. The exchange shall be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product by us. The exchange will be processed as a new order.
Do not try on the garment if you are wearing any perfume, scent, lipstick, make-up or any such product that may transfer onto the garment. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted or clean surface to avoid soiling the footwear.
Return
A return request can be filed for defective and damaged articles only. A return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The refund shall be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product by us.

Colour Display Variation
We have made every possible effort towards the display of products so the colours look accurate. However, the display varies on different screens of laptops, computer monitors, tablets, smartphone, etc due to various technical differences between them. Please be mindful that the colour of the actual product may be slightly different form the one that is displayed on the screen since we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colour displayed.
Defective & Damaged Product
All our products are thoroughly checked before packing and shipping to nullify inconvenience. However, in extremely rare case of product getting damaged in transit, you can file for replacement or return. Articles that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective and damaged goods.
